It occurs in both .28 build 450 and .31 build 650. I used .28 450 over the summer and did not encounter the same problem, so it is probably something with fedora. The problems only occurs if I am playing quake or it is open.
System:
p3 1000
GF2 GTS2
fedora core 1
kernel 2.4.22-1.2115.nptl
Problem:
Approximately every 5 minutes or so my USB mouse restarts in game and causes about 10 seconds of no mouse plus 20 seconds of lag when it returns.
