Feigning spy disappears

I'm using the MTF installer that Plasticity put together. It uses fuhquake .30 client. I have recently noticed that whenevr I see a spy feign he disappears. Was this something put into the client intentionally or is it a bug?

cl_deadbodyfilter is probably 1 or 2 . make it 0.
