For .mdl and the future .md3 formatts are you planning to let the textures be 32-bit? ie tga with a alpha channel so weapon models can have a decent muzzle flash.

I can understand it not being implemented it for maps - cause of its cheaty nature, but it can't really be used to cheat on .mdl/.md3

And good muzzle flashes look so damn sexy... any how was just wondering.
