Conback- mod from the soundpak without the logo overlay.

Bmodels- from Generations a q3a mod.
hgren2- high poly with a high res skin.

..although i should point out that you should really mention the original source of the model as i am guessing it is a converted md3 rather than a model you've made from scratch

i know you want to take some credit and it is only fair you do as the conversion process is not an easy one, im just trying to insure we dont get angry q3 authors coming on this forum and complaining

I would have to give credit to Valve for the model...Its not md3 its half life mdl. Got a few more on the go right now from half life dmc.

may i recommend converting the 'slipgaters' md3 weapon models from http://www.planetquake.com/wirehead/generations

you seem to be able to do them very well

I like the Generations mod...I was playing a bit of it last night. The md3s are ok, but I like neogens models better...its nice for a change though. I dont really want to port any of the weapons except the axe, super nailgun , chainsaw and maybe the doom rl.

I did a few of the bmodels already.

Awesome work Connor.
I actually had the idea to convert the Generations Arena models to quake but couldn't do it myself so I sent them to someone but they never got around to do it.
I guess they won't have to worry about it any more Smile
Can't wait for the rest of the models you've done, they look fantastic

u cant just click the links, u have to copy the shortcut then paste it into the address bar and push enter, if u've already tried clicking the link then u may need to do ctrl+refresh. its cos if u click the link it gives the referrer as 'www.fuhquake' whereas they want either blank or their own server.

it would be a good idea to put links that u cant just follow directly as h**p:// or something so ppl dont just click the link

ahh, cos u used mdl files for the bmodels but renamed to .bsp, the textures have to go in the textures/models dir, not the textures/bmodels dir

in that screenie it was loading the texture in the mdl

worth nothing though cos it means the 25h mdl will need fixing for software users as the skin in the mdl is fked
