9800 pro not full screen

yo just installed a 9800 pro but now my qw wont go full screen, its not windowed mode, it just doesnt go the width and height of the screen even when i try different res's etc. any ideas? using latest omega drivers also tried latest cats and drivers from the cd.

also did any1 have a problem with refreshing/connecting to servers after installin a 9800 pro ? i cant refresh or connect this is also the same for q3 servers. tried rebootin modem still doesnt work.

play with the settings on your monitor to stretch the image ...

You talking about having a lot of black around the image? See if there's a program out there that will take the current aspect and expand it to the monitor's width. If you're having trouble with this in all apps, use your monitor's settings to stretch the screen.

yeh just stretched it thought that wuda changed it in windows as well tho maybe not... still more black round it in parts more than other parts cuz my monitor is useless
