Hey man, they look really great. Just one small problem: It looks like the 'shotgun shells' written on the side of the box is backwards. Other than that, they look pretty spiffy =).

It was just the brown computer fuh didnt like.
Alot of ppl have requested them changed, if you want them changed just copy the comp1_3 file, and rename it as comp1_5 and comp1_8.
I like the brown comps, kinda sticks with the original idea of rusting computer etc.
im not sure whats going on with dkure, maybe try downloading the map again, i doubt it will do anything, never hurts to try.

May be you have broken quad or ring models? I had absolutely no problems with these textures. And I can't imagine how textures could crash client

textures can indeed crash a client, textures do have to be of certain size, i believe a power of 2, aka 256x256 etc, but fuhclient automaticly resizes and stretches textures if they have irregular sizes like 193x151, so that shouldnt be a problem. Perhaps it could cause problems on certain video cards not sure. |

I have done a few things to edit my quake viwing latley, and i hadn't had the chance to have a test them with the new textures, i will try going back untill i find something that doesn't crash.
I will keep everyone updated |

wasnt the textures at all!
it was my new and improved quake models
it was mr invisble man grrr!! (aka ring)

er whats that on the right in 2.jpg then?
its the same mdl skins from the q1models project just touched up a bit in photoshop as he says in his blurb at the top and i dont think that rocket box is particularly faithful to the old one really.

that rocket box was made by pace long before the qe1 project ever existed and even before the first official release of a FuhQuake that supported 24bit textures. It's very old and it's not found in the zip he has available for download .
