i am using a vd 3 with the dozer 1.1 (driver) and the gl minidriver for qw
after cheking the models it suddenly closes fuhq
a tryed to run without the opengl32.dll from de mini driver , all models became white

can you tell me if +set gl_max_size 256 on the command line helps?
also what does it say the default value of gl_max_size is?
And I'm talking about the white models testing. |

the problems with the white models start with zquake 0.12 or 0.13
and i used the mini drive to solve this problem
gl_max_size was in default (256)
wrong setence

ok well all I can say is that you're not the only one having exactly the same problems.
I don't know what is causing minigl to crash, and I can't fix either (unless I have a vodoo card). Maybe someone with a vodoo card and a debugger will come to the rescue. |

Would you like the information sent to you?
I have a voodoo 3 in another machine, so i can should be able to get it running in mine easily.
I would like to help as a voodoo 3 is a very good card and they run quake perfect for me, So i would like to help out |

i changed the driver and found another opengl32.dll
and it works
dkure take a look at it
same driver but with diferent minidrivers
unfortunally only 7 fps with the second one

i tested them with 226 some time ago
and worked the same way as fq 0.25

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I use a Voodoo 3 on XP with the Dozer 1.1 driver. 0.24 build 225 runs fine (now I have to keep using that version) but on 0.25 the players are completly white, without any skin. Other models like bag's and ammo's are fine, the problem lies only on the player models. Even the ass-kicking water effect runs fine (it's awesome).
Is there any changelog of everything that has changed from 0.24 b225 to 0.25?
Batii: Could you please tell me wich driver you used to make 0.25 work properly on your V3? |

eeprom with you play in 640x480 try this mini gl :> opengl32
in 800x600 the conchars are blur

also do you mean all models or just player models?
