ok. Here is my first try at colored lighting and i thought i might as well host my 2fort5 textures at the same time.
Textures are completely ripped off of other people, and thanks to ForeverIrise for doing some minor editing of them.

Good lits for 2fort5 I recommend these to anyone who wants to add a bit more jazz to 2fort5. Good job 420.
Another thing, this was my first attempt to making lits for a map so I did them for a simple one...versus. Here are a few screenshots of how they came out.

Ive been told they are "over done" but they are interesting and are fun to play with on this map. Gives it a good night-time effect. Check them out.

Well after submitting the Versus lits that I made, I decided to go 1 step further and take on a bigger and more challenging map...mininoheros. Here are a few screenshots.

Hey Bitchslap i really like your 2fort lit so far, but i have some suggestions

in both bases there are blotches, is there any way you can fix that?
Also, i really love the respawn lits, that was very creative (i would have never thought of it). But can you give the ele's a color ?

Hey foreveririse, i think your versus lit file is really gorgeous =) i'm going to use it for sure. the only problem is that i found somewhere that i think you forgot to give a light to?
here's the ss:

in the ss, you can see it on the top left side, which would be facing the red spawn (so its behind the red spawn).
also, when i tried to use your minonoheros.lit, it said incorrect size and didn't loat i guess ?

You know, I get that same error of the inncorrect file size for some well6 lits that I came across. Not sure what causes it. As for the missing spot, no idea how to get rid of that. I tried a few different things but it just re-appears :\. I hope you can check out the mininoheros ones and get that thing fixed I'll try to see what the heck is wrong with them. I had another person test them and it seemed to work out ok. Peace.

You get incorrect filesize because your map is different from the one I made the .lit for. In ours (oz), there's an invisible wall over the bunker. In yours, there isn't. I guess that effects the entities somehow. |

Thanks for the feedback, Up2nOgOoD[ROCK]. I got rid of the blotches and added some intense elevator lighting heh, you'll see.
There are some lighting glitches in both elevators and the Red basement resupply room that cannot be rid of (like the versus thing), so just suck it up

exactly, our version has the wall too
anyone with the version with no wall in the middle will have problems
