Here are 4 new 512x512 charsets. The first 3 are named after which "true-type-font" I made them from.

charset_gogo: A Q3:ish font. Made a new design for "bars" and "LEDs" Neutral

charset_decipher: .....(Green numbers!)

charset_babylon5: Probably same font as Def used in his DDE3-charset. This one's wider though! Got Defs DDE3 bars and LEDs.

charset_moon1: My own attempt at a case sensitive charset. Got Defs DDE3 bars and LEDs.

Only charset_moon1 looked good to me, actually it was awesome. The others had distorted edges, tried gl_smoothfonts 1/0, babylon5 and dechipher was ok but they still had wacky edges.

why does babylon5, decipher and gogo show me a black background while moon1 shows me a white background when viewing them in XP image viewer, even tho all of them have transparent background? So they all should show white background in XP image viewer (dunno the name of it, but you know, the standard program XP uses)

Think I'll stick with moon1 tho, great job on that one Smile

100% transparent pixels still have a color. You just cant see them in game. but you can in your image viewer if all it does is delete the transparency.

Charset_moon1 is the only one of these 4 that only have pixels with zero or 100% transparancy! Which means no pixels with 1-99% transparancy.

Maybe that's why they look different in your viewer?
