First off, a big thanks to Drugs Bunny for his original simple textures. A great idea. I have designed another set of simple textures based closely on his set but using a darker shade of blue and grey. I have also borrowed the #teleport texture from RaRe's pkeg1.

Feedback is appreciated.

I recommend the following settings:

gl_gamma 1.3
gl_contrast 2

EDIT: I've made a couple of changes to dm3 and dm6 which I prefer.

UPDATE: I've been working on some more maps and re-editing current ones to give a more 'consistent' feel. The map list now includes:

a2
aerowalk
amphi
amphi2
cmt3
cmt4
dm1 - 6 (yes, that includes dm1 and dm5)
dm2dmm4
dm3hill
e1m2
endif
pkeg1
povdmm4
ultrav1
ztndm1 - 6

You've done a good job. Did you use the same layout as mine or did you start from scratch on all the maps?

I pretty much started from scratch. I didn't just want to do a cut n' paste job on the work u had put in and I wanted to try to understand the exmy textures more as well since I plan to eventually do all the episode maps.

There are some areas of some maps that I'm not happy with and I think I might get round to designing some lit files to balance out the lighting. At the moment though, I still have to finish off cmt maps.

Very nice, they look better ingame than on the screenshots. Nice to have diferent textures to play around. I agree some places are too bright, like dm3 penta, but great job anyway and sxy teleports btw Wink

I think there's too much of one color (blue in this case :e ), but i guess that's the goal of simple textures Smile

any1 know where can i find thoose numbers on the bottom of the screenshots? num_0.png and the others i think,and right side items(sg,ammo ) thx
